Who we are

We are six strong guys - gay, sporty and with a penchant for crazy ideas. What unites us? Our passion for weight training and living life to the full. In winter, we had an idea: let's create a platform - to get to know each other, exchange ideas, laugh, discuss and be inspired.

Who originally had the idea? I have no idea. But it took off - and here we are: open, curious and full of energy.

Our community is all about muscles, friendship, freedom - and honest encounters. One thing is clear: everyone counts. All input is welcome. Only one thing remains out of the question: religious proselytizing. Faith is a private matter, and we respect that.

Everything else? Is possible. And now Detlef - our muscle man with heart and brain, who not only carries Fred through everyday life, but is now also the editor of the Gay Mill.
